Hi, I'm the founder of Fresh Retail Performance. I've spent years running a real fruit & veg and fresh-food market. I know firsthand the challenges of getting your range right, pricing items to protect margin while remaining competitive, dealing with waste, managing staff, and understanding exactly what drives customer behaviour.

When I started out, I wished there was someone who could just give me practical, independent-focused advice. Most consulting out there is heavily skewed toward big corporate supermarkets that just doesn't apply when you're an independent grocer or a small cafe trying to add a fresh produce section.
